When did Amelia Jessica Pond born?

Recently, I’ve been rewatching the whole Matt Series. And this is another curiosity that I came up randomly.

Amelia met the raggedy doctor when she was 7.
She waited 12 years and met him again to do the atraxi and prisoner zero stuff at the age of 19. This was in year 2010.
Then she waited 2 years more as the doctor went to stablize his new TARDIS.
Then they both go to the 29th century Starship UK (in her nighty) which is a day between year 2801~2900. Amy(now 21-year-old) is said to be 1306-year-old by the voting system.

Now let’s do some maths!

If Amy had been 19 in 2010, she is meant to be born on the year around 1991 (2010 minus 19)
But according to the Starship UK, she is meant to be born between the years of 1495~1594 (2801~2900 minus 1306) depending on which exact year of 29th century they’ve landed.

If she was born in 1991, starship uk should have said that her age was around 810~999-year-old (2801~2900 minus 1991) not 1306-year-old.

so… WHAT?????
is this spacey-wacey timey-wimey or is she actually a person from 13/14th century???
